Spinal Cord Injury Transitions and Wellness Program
Health and Wellness Classes
Participants in the Transitions program will learn how to develop healthy lifetime habits and behaviors that prevent common medical complications and promote wellness through a series of nine one-hour health education classes. Classes will consist of live group instruction as well as videotaped and written instructional materials.
