Spinal Cord Injury Transitions and Wellness Program


Driving Program

Driving a vehicle is an important aspect of independence for many people with SCI. Participants in the Transitions program will have the opportunity to complete adapted driving evaluation and training through the Driving Program at UWMC. This program is run by specially trained occupational therapists and equipped with adapted vehicles. It is the area’s only program that can evaluate patients in the real-time use of highly specialized equipment.
